Programme

The EGAS conference series is an annual European meeting of distinguished experts in the field of atomic physics. With over 200 attendees, these conferences provide a highly stimulating environment for scientific discussion and the development of new collaborations.

The conference theme encompasses a wide range of topics, including fundamental atomic and molecular physics, cold atoms, quantum gases, high resolution spectroscopy, quantum optics, ultrafast processes, mescoscopic quantum systems, quantum information, cold ions, and applications of atomic physics to sensing, astrophysics, plasma physics, and more. This year, the mini-symposium will be on dipolar quantum matter.

The scientific programme will consist of approximately ten invited plenary lectures, ten invited talks, thirty contributed talks and two poster sessions.

A key feature of the EGAS conference is the large number of contributed talks that give participants an opportunity to publicise their work. These talks are selected by the EGAS Board. To be considered for such a talk please submit an abstract before 1st May.
